The first Inspiring AgriTech Innovation (IAI) bootcamp took place on 15th and 16th March at the Farm491 Trent Lodge site and the eight attendees have praised it an absolute triumph. The bootcamp allowed delegates to reevaluate ideas, channel focus, ambition and of course make valuable contacts that will support the development of their business propositions for the wider agritech sector.
Wayne Cumming said the bootcamp was ‘totally worthwhile’ providing ‘realistic and useful’ information that provided him with exciting and much clearer clarity to develop his business. Alex Stephens, another delegate, said the course was ‘brilliant and highly recommended’. He added that since returning home and looking back over the bootcamp experience, he has completely re-structured his thinking. IAI has given him a better outlook on innovation and above all, refreshed him as an entrepreneur.
The two-day bootcamp was structured around a series of interactive seminars and workshops. Management, leadership and metrics, business structures, global agritech trends, motivation and ideation as well as finance fundamentals were all explored with academics and expert speakers
offering top tips, mentoring and guidance.
The next two-day course will take place on the 10th and 11th May 2018 and you can register interest here.
