RAU Venture Studio
Farm491 has been supporting tech companies working in the land-use sector for over 10 years, we are now excited to launch the RAU Venture Studio which will mean this support can be accessed by any entrepreneur across the world. The course encompasses four interactive modules which will see you develop your business plan and understanding of your customers. Completing the course will equip you with the relevant business planning tools and resources needed to grow your business. The aim at the end of the course is for you to leave with a structured strategy based around your company mission, vision and values.
There is also an option to purchase the modules with additional mentoring. This course option gives you access to all four modules and two interactive online sessions with a personalised mentor whose skillset will be tailored to your businesses’ needs. The mentoring course will have limited numbers to ensure the group sizes are kept small for the bespoke sessions.
Who are the courses for?
The courses are relevant for many individuals and businesses ranging from:
- Early stage entrepreneurs and their teams
- Established businesses looking to refresh their business plan
- Businesses looking to innovate their current offering and explore new products
- Larger companies wanting their employees to learn how to build a business
- And many more – please get in touch via info@farm491.com if you would like to discuss if the courses are right for you.
Here is what some alumni of Farm491’s previous bootcamps and workshops have to say:
Hamish Grant, Eden in the City
“An excellent course. Well structured, great content and materials and very good facilitation. Time very well spent!”
Cesar Torres
“I found it very engaging and it was great to have assumptions challenged and to emphasise the importance of small iterations of product development, market validation and definition of value proposition for our customers.”
Tom McNamara, FreeUp
“Having attended quite a few similar training events I thought I knew what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. There was good direction on what we were covering with enough time to explore tangents specific to each of our entrepreneurial activities, allowing the event to really feel like it was being customised for our, rather than generic, needs. I would recommend attending this event.”
