Croissants and Questions: Introducing Nigel Stone and Clare Thorp

This month we will hear from two new faces at the RAU:

Dr Nigel Stone – recently joined the Royal Agricultural University as Head of Business Innovation and Skills. Nigel is an entrepreuner, leadership coach, business mentor, learning facilitator and trainer, and researcher with extensive experience starting, supporting and developing the business community.

Professor Clare Thorp – a strategic, scientific leader with an entrepreneurial background. Clare has deep and broad knowledge of agriculture and food systems, and comes to the Royal Agricultural University as Professor of Business and Innovation following an international career in Europe and the United States.

This event will be an opportunity for Nigel and Clare to introduce themselves to members, give an overview of their experience and thoughts on Business and Innovation at the RAU and also to invite feedback on the current and proposed offerings of both.
