Simon Thomas bio

Simon is a partner in, and heads up, the corporate and commercial division of Clarke Willmott LLP. He has over 20 years’ experience and is known for his commercial and pragmatic approach. He advises companies of all sizes on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, buyouts and private equity fund raisings as well guiding companies through the other business related legal issues that all companies face from time to time. He has a particular interest in advising owner managers and entrepreneurs as they grow and expand their businesses.
