The theme of the 2016 event is ‘Sharing Knowledge’. A dedicated sharing knowledge zone will feature on the first floor and this will include seminars, topical presentations as well as representatives from farming bodies, charities and colleges. The Farm491 stand will be positioned in this educational zone.
Angela Simkins, Centre Director says; “The dairy industry is one of the most innovative and forward thinking agricultural sectors – from robotic milking parlours, cow sensors, fertility technology to automated cleaning systems and electronic identification – technology is in every part of farming life. It helps to improve production, efficiency and performance. Farm491 will be exhibiting in the sharing knowledge zone – on hand to chat to dairy innovators and entrepreneurs who may be looking to start up a business of their own.”
