Knowledge Transfer Partnership Matchmaking Event
Join our Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) matchmaking lunch and networking event on Wednesday 1st March.
KTPs are a research partnership formed between a UK based business of any size (e.g. Farm491 members) and a registered knowledge base (e.g. The Royal Agricultural University). KTPs are developed to solve a specific, strategic innovation challenge faced by the business partner by providing academic expertise and resource. Projects can last between 12 and 36 months depending on the challenge and are part-funded.
The agenda for the afternoon is as follows:
- 1pm – Lunch
- 2pm – Knowledge Transfer Partnerships 101 – Professor Mark Horton
- 2:30pm – Case study from successful partnership
- 3pm – Networking
